1. Who We Are Build with Tav is a sole trader business operated by Tav. For any queries contact: tav@buildwithtav.co

2. Scope These terms apply to all purchases made through buildwithtav.co and any associated sales pages. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.

3. Age Requirement You must be 18 or over to purchase any product or service from Build with Tav.

4. Products Build with Tav sells digital products including PDF guides, content libraries and access to third party courses and communities. All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

5. Payment All prices are displayed in GBP. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method. Build with Tav does not store your card details.

6. Delivery Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment either via email, download link or access to a designated platform. If you experience any issues receiving your product contact tav@buildwithtav.co and it will be resolved promptly.

7. Refund Policy Due to the instant and digital nature of all products sold, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once access or delivery has been granted. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase please contact tav@buildwithtav.co before raising any dispute.

8. Affiliate Disclosure Some products and links on this site may be affiliate links. This means Build with Tav may receive a commission if you purchase through them. This does not affect the price you pay. All recommendations are genuine.

9. Results Disclaimer Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, experience and market conditions. Nothing on this site constitutes financial or legal advice.

10. Data & Privacy Your personal data is collected solely to process your order and send relevant communications you have opted into. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can unsubscribe or request data removal at any time by emailing tav@buildwithtav.co. Build with Tav complies with UK GDPR.
